Seetella Makhetha, SAICE’s 108th president, will be inaugurated at a function taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sandton Gauteng.
The President's address to the engineering profession is entitled 'The African Engineer and Ethics'. The address will introduce the engineer's oath and will set the pace for civil engineering in SA for 2011.
