The NEW GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS is now available from SAICE National Office.
The General Conditions of contract for construction Works (GCC 2004) replaces the GCC 1990 and COLTO 1998, satisfies the Construction Industry Development Board requirements for a standard form of contract and is suitable for use in procurement documents that are prepared in accordance with the provisions of SANS 10403 as well as the formatting and compilation of Construction Procurement Documents.
The GCC 2004 cost is R275.00 per copy Vat inclusive, excluding postage. A discount of 10% is available for bulk orders of more than 10 copies at a time. Publications sold to bona fide students will receive a discount of 50% discount on the above-mentioned selling price. GCC 2004 can be ordered from SAICE National Office, see details below.
